Blood pressure high due to anxiety
My blood pressure sometimes someday got high due to stress, anxiety, depression, I am taking antidepressants and anti anxiety drug

TAKE regular antidepressant medication for now....but u need counselling regarding stress management....healthy lifestyle and proper Yoga technique...

If blood pressure gets high sometimes only then no need to start any medication. Do yoga and try to meditate which will reduce anxiety stress & blood pressure
