Blood pressure Readings.
Iam using olmezest h20 tablet for BP, iam taking my bp readings at home by automated bp monitor, always my first reading is higher than later readings due to anxious and fear after first reading iam very free and later readings are very normal. Which reading should be considered? First reading that is high or later readings that is lower readings. Pls suggest.

According to latest guidance it’s the average of the second and third reading.
Although you are on a combination drug which is not required for you.

Ideally u have to measure BP after 10mins of relaxation then u check
