I am under medication but no use I tried losartan potassium.losarn 50& benipress 4mg, amlong all in vain I have neck pain everyday when I get up I have started hitting the gym I have reduced my weight up to 5kg not taking oil and junk food am 6ft and 115 kg I don't get sleep properly my mind will be alert. Try incorporating oats for your breakfast( not the instant one) steel cut oats more beneficial
