It is lower side of normal. Avoid standing continuously for a long time, sit with legs spread in front, whenever possible.
Drink more fluids and some with salt like lemonade, butter milk.
Get thyroid function tests, Haemoglobin and blood sugar done. Share results online.
For constipation, take more of fresh green vegetables, fruits like pappaya, orange, apples, berries.

Some suggestions-
1) drink adequate amount of water
2) sudden posture change can lead to dizziness
3)do not skip meals and less intake of caffine

Dizziness is because of Low blood pressure
It could be because of dehydration, low glucose.
Kindly have plenty of water.

Just take ors ...nothing else . If no ors there right now take a glass of water .add .half spoon of salt 1 spoon sugar and add half a lemon and drink it now..you will be fine. If it's happening all the time just add a pickle in your diet with meal.
