I am taking olmark h 20 mg. my bp. Reading will be like 90/60 ,85/67, some times 95/60,100/60 like that. iam suffering from bp since 2 years iam female my age is 43 years. 2 years back my bp used to be 140/90 like that doctor recommended me olmark h 20 .If iam using it why my bp is so low.

BP has to be monitored monthly once and dosage have to be given according to the recorded Bp so please consult a physician and take medication accordingly

If you are Hypertension patient .. on medication Kindly visit same doctor atleast monthly once or 3monthly And drug dose accordingly May BP decreased because you may modified food habit and life style
