Dr my BP 150/100 what should I do now kindly Suggest. I have check last three day's But it's same. First day -150/100 Second day -160/120 Today it's -150/100

Hi So you have BP on higher side I would suggest you to take these reading for next 5 days Have one ECG done Do lifestyle modifications If you have family history of hypertension Consult to general physician for start of medications
