Hello Doctor, I am in 6th week of pregnancy . I feel dizziness and my BP is 132/99,is it ok during this time? Do I need to take any tablet or can it be lower after some time?

High bp in early pregnancy needs regular follow up Bp monitoring
Some blood tests & medication to normalise bp an improve blood flow to baby
