Hi, you should visit a dentist, and get scaling and polishing done followed by antibiotics if dentist prescribes. Then follow the oral hygiene instructions. Probably both of your problems will be solved. Best of luck.
As you have mentioned teeth are not clear, it means that you have tartar deposits on your teeth. This is the main reason for gum bleeding. Tartar deposits cause the gums to swell and lead to bleeding gums while brushing and sometimes spontaneously.
You will require professional cleaning of teeth (scaling) which removes the tar deposits leaving your gums and teeth healthy.
I understand that there is bleeding from the gums while brushing.
There is no medicinal remedy to the situation until a clinical check is not done. As most our dentist collegues have already responded that it may require a cleanup which is painless and normally can be finished in one sitting.
Do not worry but do visit a dentist for a clinical consult.
Hope this helps.
Hi , since u have deposits on ur teeth ur gums would ve been inflamed . And thus while brushing bleeding occurs . So get a proper scaling done followed by polishing .
