What could be the possible reasons for blood in stool. It's from past two days. No loose motion. No other Stomach related issues.

Amount ? Colour? Weather mixed with stool? History of constipation? Pain in defecation? Loose motions? Past history of similar episodes? H/o alcohol or any other drug? History of any chronic illness? Any medication of a chronic illness? Family h/o malignancy?
