There could be ‘n’ number of causes for blood in stools. The way it is looking in the picture looks like fresh blood probably from lower gastrointestinal tract, be it from large intestine/ rectum. I need few additional information from u- how old are you? do u have anything comng out from anus while passing stools? Do u have any pain? Depending on your symptoms, u may need a physical consultation/ colonoscopy
Next Steps
USG ABdomen/ Colonoscopy during active bleeding
