Blood in spit
I usually bleed regularly while brushing in last 2 or 3 spits there is blood usually. But yesterday i had a spit while having motion and is confused and scared about its reason would that have been certainly due to oral health.

Bleeding while brushing is usually due to gingivitis or periodontitis. First u need to get a full mouth scaling done.
Next Steps
After scaling u need to have Tab Metrogyl 400mg twice daily after meal for 5days. Use a Chlorhexidine mouthwash by diluting 1:1 ratio with water twice daily.

Don’t worry at all about bleeding while brushing .mostly it’s due to gingivitis or periodontitis.its better to show a dentist than doin a guess work
