Blood in spit

From past few weeks my mother is suffering from upper abdomen pain and there is blood in sputum but it happens only in the morning. She also feels tingling in her hand. Dr suggested her to do sputum for afb, chest x-ray, blood sugar f & pp, lipid profile test, cbc and uric acid test. Her BP is 140/90. Kindly take a look at the pic I've attached. Dr said it's happening bcoz of high bp and cholesterol. Even though she is taking medicine prescribed by doctor, blood in sputum comes and goes. Kindly reply what should she do. Her age is 50.
