Blood in semen
My age-45, Male. During ejaculation after masturbation the first semen was normal but then I saw some blood with semen. I feared then I urinated but there was no blood in urine.
Then I masturbated once more to check. There was completely no blood in semean.
Then I masturbated 3rd time to check. Same normal semen first and then blood like first masturbation episode. But now I saw a wound on the external part on my penis and got to know blood might be coming from it. I am not sure whether that wound was there or not during first episode. I am much afraid of cancer. Is there any fear?
