Orange small rice like grains in semen
Hi doctor
I've found orange very small crystals in semen on ejaculation like it's on and off like 4 months once I'm getting issue like this I'm diagnosed with epydymits and found e coli on urine culture test
4 months back I had same issue had took antibiotics it was cured and again now I'm getting the same issue ... I'm getting pain under the chest and having lot of gastric issues also. Wat can be the reason shld I take any further test ? Or is it any serious problem ?

Hello. Orange like crystals in semen is usually due to uti with precipitated salts due to altered ph with infection.
Get a repeat urine culture and semen culture. For pain abdomen get a USG abdomen and pelvis and take following medicine
Tab chymotrypsin 1 tab TDS
Syp Digene 2 tsp bd
