Asked for Male, 20 Years

Few days back while masturbating i saw there was blood in my semen..after few days i tried it again and my sperm was brownish in color then whenever i try again it's brown and not much thick and today while masturbating i saw that my semen was brownish but again there was some blood in it only a single drop but still im worried...plz help..what's causing it?
