  4. Blood in mucus and pheglm. It could be.

Blood in mucus and pheglm
I am experiencing this from a few months now. Before i had blood stains in pheglm when i blew my nose (usually in morning ) but now they is blood in mucus also. Throat pains and mucus leaves bitter taste in mouth. Please tell what it could be.
