Blood from Anus and lower back ache
Hi doctor,
Yesterday, I suffered a severe lower backache. Thereafter when I had gone for my egestion, some blood came out. I have the issue of piles, so I know bleeding can occur due to that also, but this time my stools were a little orange-Ish. As a result of that, I feel that there is some connection between lower back ache and Light bleeding. The bleeding occurred only for one time though. Could there be some intestinal problem happening? Please let me know, as I am now constantly thinking about that only.

Painless bleeding is the symptom of 1st stage internal Piles. It has nothing to do with low backache. It is just a coincidence. Lower back pain is due to slip disc /spondylitis or any heavy lifting or injury.

Severe low backache can be due to lifting heavyweight or overstrain. But you have already piles problem then the bleeding would have happened due to straining for stools,hard stools, diet change etc. Color of stools depends most of the time on food taken, every time it is not due to any disease. But if you still have issues can consult surgeon. Will advice you to take fibre rich food like salads, fruits, vegetables etc. Drink plenty of water. Do daily some exercise or yoga.
