Sleepness night yesterday
Hi I got slepness night yesterday. Recently get away from covid 19 . Took medicine course and haldi milk. I usually sleep in aangan so after watching something in my phone in bed. Did the same but I didn't get sleep yesterday. I changed the Position, want to other room to sleep but felt little garmi and again tried to change the Position and room for sleeping.  Unfortunate didn't find any way to get sleep so again saw some thing on phone and it's early on morning. Now please let me know what needs to be done .and what should I do next morning to not feel uneasiness.  I don't have habits to take sleep in day time. Please suggest. Thanks

Post covid recovery is psychologically taxing. You may suffer from uneasiness and difficulty in sleeping. Maintain a proper healthy routine. Eat well,stress less. Stop spending extra time on your phone. Keep it away one hr before sleeping.
