Blocked Fallopian tubes
My spouse fallopian tubes got blocked after D&C
Procedure done few years back she's also having pcod also.
I wanted to know is there any treatment available other than Surgery to open the blocked Fallopian tubes??
Pls advice.

IVF is the best option as surgery has low success and complications as well
Secondly her age is increasing too.

It depends upon where exactly is the blockage, what is the age of your wife, other associated clinical features ...
surgery is definitely able to open the blocked tubes but whether there is any use of surgery in her case or she should go directly for IVF can be told only after discussion
