Bloating in lower belly
I have constant bloated lower belly and slight pain in lower abdomen. I hardly feel much hungry. Though I'm overall skinny, i have a slight buldge in lower abdomen

Are you passing normal stools? The pain is due to bloating. To avoid bloating, 1) Avoid eating fatty, fried food 2) Avoid milk for a week and observe 3) avoid legumes like Rajma 4) Have green tea, helps with bloating 5) Don't skip meals, eat on time 6) Drink 2-3 lit of water daily
