Bloated stomach for nearly a week
I am having bloated stomach for nearly a week. I am having proper bowel movements too (no constipation) but and no loose motion. But I feel my stomach heavy and sometimes I feel the urge to pass stool as if I've stomach infection but then there's no such issue. For check, I had my first protected sex 13days ago and also I do have no proper diet as I'm in hostel. I skip my morning breakfast generally and drink a lot of milkshakes and frooti. Sometimes I also skip lunch and take my dinner directly. I take very less food and more liquid. Drink moderate water. What can I have? And what should I do now?
