Bloated stomach 24×7
I have bloated stomach form about 1 month Now it feels like a balloon which is about to burst 😭 I'm taking omeez dsr for gas normaxin and an antacid syrup For reference - I'm not pregnant -I have pcod and not had periods from about 6 months (took ayurvedic treatment but left 1.5 months ago) -burps sometimes Have a bit of Abdominal pain sometimes and Back pain Please tell me what's happening to me I feel so uncomfortable and tensed 🥺 I'm a student I feel depressed coz I'm not able to study due to this Please take me out of this problem Please don't ask to any appointment I'm broke 😔

As u have PCOD, high chances are that ur blood sugars levels are abnormaly high.. high blood sugar may cause Gastroparesis,as a result u r feeling bloated . Check ur FBS and PPBS. Take treatment for that.. Gastritis  and bloating can be treated..

for the moment,stop eating junk foods immediately.. exercise is must..try to complete 10k steps / day.. don't eat Rice and sugary items

Its gastritis Tab razo d 1 tab x bd x 15 (7am 7pm) Syp pantop mps 1 tsf x tds x 15 days ago Avoid hot meals and fried foods Lots of fibrous foods and water Avoid long hours of fasting Have curd rice banana and apple etc
