Am I bloated or Fat!!?

After every meal my stomach become more round!!!
I can't perform situps , is it coz of fat or bloated stomach!!?

Eat fruits before breakfast and salads before lunch and dinner. Do not drink water 30 mins before and after food. No food after dinner till next morning fruits. You will feel better.
Take small and frequent meals.
Eat on time.
Avoid spices and citrus foods and fried foods.
Avoid outside foods.
