hi frequent blinking can be due to irritation or dryness but shaking of eye muscles is to be seen whether its spasm of the muscles around the eyes ie blepharospasm. You should get yourself examined. If not able to go to clinic take video consult. good wishes Dr Mridula Mehta

Use lubricant eye drops like Refresh tears, decrease your screen time. If that doesn’t help, see an eye doctor.

This might be because of increased eye strain - wear your spectacles specially while doing near work - decrease screen time - while using mobile, laptop, watching tv ensure adequate blinking ( 15 times a minute) - drink lots of water , ensure adey sleep , proper diet - use lubricating drops ( refresh tears)
Next Steps
if no relief then see an ophthalmologist for eye check up
