Bleeding since 12 days
My daughter is turning 12 now. She had menarche in dec 2025. It's 20 days cycle since 3 times and this time she is bleeding since 12 days though it's not heavy. Consulted gynecologist and she has given meperate 10mg for 5 days. I wanted to know if it's safe. I have started today with one pill.

Rather than a random prescription of a medicine you first need investigations to find out the reason for the abnormal bleeding The moment you stop taking this medicine she will bleed again

Better to avoid hormone medicine. You can try other safe medicine to stop bleeding. Consult for prescription please.
