U have not given ur medical status, I mean hormonal.. whether ur pregnant, or on hormonal therapy. At this young age, it should not happen, unless u have crowding of teeth.

You might need subgingival scaling or flsp surgery depending upon pocket depth. Visit periodontist who specializes in gum disease treatment. Also you need to do proper brushing twice a day to prevdnt recurring disease. Its not just like dentist did scaling ....you also have to tske efforts to maintain good oral hygiene.

As you have mentioned that the bleeding hasn't stopped , u are suffering from periodontitis. U must follow a antibiotic therapy if you are not allergic to tetracycline, u can go for doxycycline medication.first day take 200mg of doxycycline empty stomach or 2 hrs before meal once .followed by 100mg of doxycycline for 14 days empty stomach or 2hrs before meal.you should fix one particular time for antibiotic. As you have to take it once a day so fix one time.if you experience any stomach discomfort you can take it after food instead of empty stomach. But if no stomach discomfort continue empty stomach as it is more effective. Or else there is another therapy in which you can take combination of two antibiotics.MoxCV 375 mg two times a day after meals for 7 days plus metrogyl tablet ( metronidazole)400mg twice a day after meals for 7 days.twice a day means one in morning after breakfast one in evening after dinner. Do warm saline rinses three time a day... You can also massage your gums with metronidazile gel ointment twice a day.eat healthy diet rich in fibre, fruits and take curd too. DR GURLEEN KAUR

Get a deep cleaning / sub gingival scaling done if required. Bleeding of gums if no other medical condition present is mainly due lot of calculus present which in turn causes the gums present around the teeth to swell and causes bleeding. post cleaning apply the topical ointment metrogyl dg gel over the gums . or zingisol gum paint . intake of vitamin c 500mg for one month regularly do salt water gargling
