Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist first. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush , floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage ur gums with ur finger tips after brushing. Keep ur tongue clean. Rinse ur mouth well after each meal. Visit ur dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs.

Hi there..you need to visit a nearby dentist for regular professional teeth cleaning... Followed by use of chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily for 2-3 weeks ... Ideally you should visit your dentist every six months.. Take care ...!!

Bleeding of guns is the initial stage of gum disease. The hard deposits "calculus" won't go by just brushing. Please get your scaling done as Soon as possible.
