Hi, Fir bleeding gums proper you have to go for teeth scaling. Use Stolin R gel twice daily for 1 month. Use Rexidine M forte gel thrice daily for 15 days ( apply gel with finger or cotton and massage on gums for few seconds and leave it for 10 mins, spit saliva but rinse with water after 10 mins). For detail discussion contact on personal chat box.

You might be suffering from gingivitis or even periodontitis, visit to nearby dentist and scaling should be performed and further X-ray might be required to rule out periodontitis.

Considering your young age, i believe it is mostly due to tartar deposition and inflammation of the gums due to which they are swollen and bleed while brushing. As far the given information from you, a professional scaling and polishing should help you. However, exact decision of treatment will be taken by the dentist who will examine you. Thankyou.
