Visit nearby dentist for scaling and polishing(cleaning) and betadine gargles thrice a day. Brush twice daily and gargle after every meal. Take vitamin c chewable tablets limcee 500 mg once every day. And add vitamin c rich fruits and veggies in your diet. Lemon, citrus foods, amla, mango, watermelon, kiwis, strawberries,etc for more details you can opt for a video consultation.
