Bleeding from nose
Severe bleeding from nose last night and today afternoon Dr has put stick in both nostrils to stop bleeding and asked to keep it for 48hrs.
Now Breathing from mouth which is making irritation in head and dry mouth getting difficult in sitting and sleeping please suggest some solution, i have got medicines prescribed as Nasocan drops and Etex-t, Amoxitas-500 & Zinloc.
Can some solution for making easy breathe and reducing headache so that i can sleep easy...

The nasal pack is temporary. Keep the head elevated and tasks a paracetamol to reduce headaches.
