Nose bleed
Today my son 6 year old had nose bleeding... All of sudden without any pain.
Can you please help me with the reasons and treatment for it.

Most commonest cause is Nose picking

Tell him to avoid any nose picking. Pinch the nose and keep it like that for 5 -10mins in such episodes. If it occurs again do consult.
