Bleeding from gums
Hi, there is bleeding from gums and it happens very frequently. In morning afternoon all time.. need help on this asap. I have attach the image as well.

In your symptoms, when brushing then bleeding is the sign of gingival (gums) inflammation and deposit of plaque and calculas. In your picture shows that the requirements of scaling and root planning of teeth. If required then medications with mouthwash.
Next Steps
go to dentist and perform the oral prophylaxis.
