Hi
I am 25 an unmarried
From last month I am experiencing bleeding for 8 to 9 days.
My thyroid is ok.
Right ovary has 38 mm cyst.
Haemoglobin is 8 with low value of mch, mchc, MCV, pcv.
Doctor just told me to take a balanced diet and sapd cyst is normal and go on its own.
Is bleeding because of cyst

Bleeding can be due to anaemia or hormonal disturbance caused by the cyst.
While cyst may go away on its own within a few months, losing blood till then is not a good option as it will further decrease your hemoglobin.
So you can discuss with your doctor and take a few medicines that can help control' the flow for a few months.
Meanwhile take iron supplements to treat your anaemia and increase hemoglobin
