What problem I have what is meant by myometrium vessels seen involution changes . I still bleed even after 55 days of c sec what's problem for me plz suggest

Bleeding after 45 days of cesarean is not normal
Involution means after delivery uterus is in the process of contractions n reverting to the prepregnant state
Inflammatory change will require antibiotics
