Bleeding blood from teeth

There is a red bulging above teeth and causing bleeding of blood. everyday when i wake up there is bleeding of blood .the tooth was steeled for last 10 years

With your description, not able to figure out your exact concern. I LL give you two opinions. If bleeding is from gums , get cleaning done. If u feel, there is a bulge above the tooth with cap. It might be an infection and draining sinus. Consult a dentist, take an x-ray to check infection status of the tooth which has the steel cap.
