You started having bleeding on the day 18 of the period. You should wait for a few days. The bleeding may stop spontaneously. As long as it is only spotting (not excessive blood loss) you should not try to stop it by medicine. Let it merge with the next period. After that the bleeding will stop.

Bleeding before 21 days is not normal you need investigations to find out the reason and treatment accordingly

Are you using any hormonal medication ? Any foul smelling vaginal discharge? Or pain? Sometimes after ovulation, some may have spotting, it may be few drops like light red or pinkcolor. Just wait for few more days for your next cycle If bleeding becomes heavy or with clots, please consult your obgyn or connect for further discussion
