You need not take TXA to control the bleeding under the effect of i pill. It will stop spontaneously.

Bleeding 7–10 days after taking i-pill is common due to hormonal withdrawal. If bleeding is light-moderate, wait and observe as it usually settles in few days. TXA is needed only if bleeding is heavy.

The bleeding on Dec 26–27 is most likely due to the i-pill, which commonly causes irregular or early bleeding. If the bleeding is mild to moderate, you can wait and observe for 1–2 days. TXA is not needed routinely.
Next Steps
Take TXA only if bleeding becomes heavy or prolonged after consultation
Health Tips
if periods are delayed by more than a week, do a urine pregnancy test for reassurance.
