Bleeding after 5 days of ovulation

Hi, It's get bleeding after 5 days of ovulation, and had a history of early miscarriage at 6w As now as per doctor suggested this month we tried for consive but now after 5 days of ovulation some bleeding is started What to do doesn't understand
