Whenever i put my hand inside my mouth to clean teeth with my nails I can see there is some sort of blood in my spit but can't really find out from where the blood is coming so can this be anything other that oral bleeding how can I check it.

Why do you put your hand? Why do you use your nails? We have tooth brush for this purpose. Kindly donot put your hand in your mouth... You most likely have an infection because of this habit. Visit a dentist... Get a round of scaling done

Most likely you have fun infection, my friend! Gum infection causes gums to swell and makes them more susceptible to bleeding that's why there's blood in your spit after you use nails on them.
