Black Thin Stool and weight loss
I HAVE BLACK THIN STOOLS.. SOMETIMES ITS BLACK THIN STOOLS AND SOMETIMES ITS NORMAL COLOUR..( I am going to toilet 2-3 times) WITH RIGHT SHAPE. ALSO I Have lost weight.. Facing Heartburn, indigestion, burping, belching, nausea ESR is 62 and lymphocytes is 48% what to do?

Hi, I am Dr. Charles Mano Sylus and I will help you. The black stools indicate you are bleeding internally from either the stomach , duodenum due to ?ulcer. This indicates the anaemia and tachycardia. The raised ESR and Lymphocytes can indicate ?TB. So check for any othe lymphnodes in the neck, axilla and groin region. And if a node is palpable, do a node biopsy to confirmation or do a CT scan of Neck and abdomen. For the bleed, you can do an upper GI endoscopy and a CECT abdome to rule out any mass.
