Black spots on teeths
I have black spots on teeths. I have gone through scaling technique 2-3 times, however, they are occurring again and again. I am not able to understand that why they are appearing again and again. Please tell me it's permanent solution other than scaling because it is not a permanent solution. Sometimes, I remove front teeths spots using my nails but in the next morning they again come up.

Hello, These black stains occur due to following things: 1. Poor oral hygeine 2. High Caffeine diet and iron intake 3. Betel nut chewing 4. Use of excessive chlorhexidine mouthwash 5. Iron deficient anaemia 6. Chromogenic bacteria You can rule out first 4 causes yourself. In case of 5th and 6th case,  please rule out if you are iron deficient anaemic , becoz iron will be available in blood freely which causes these stains. Chromogenic bacteria also produces ferritin which causes stains.
Next Steps
if your condition is not resolving after regular scaling, please get your health check up done.
Health Tips
oral hygeine maintainence avoid coffee/tea

Black spots are due to many reasons like diet, habits of chewing tobacco etc, and sometimes in some cases the microrganisms inside the mouth produces the pigments which causes pigmentation on the teeth. You can use hydroxyl mouthwash or Colgate peroxyl mouthwash to avoid stains upto some extent.
Next Steps
visit your dentist twice In a year.
Health Tips
don't brush vigorously thinking that it will remove the stains, it will increase your sensitivity.

Black spot can also be due to habits or food items, I would advise you to brush your teeth before you go to sleep. Using a mouth wash just before sleeping will also be helpful. If it still persists I would advise you to visit your dentist for check up
