Hope you are doing good. It may be stains or cavity. Nothing to worry. Please visit us or nearby dentist to get it ruled out. If they are stains it has to be cleaned by scaling (professional cleaning) and if it is a cavity it has to be filled. Get it ruled out by us firstly. They can be easily cured.

There must be some reason for that black spot.. And there are no such home remedies for this so kindly visit a dentist nearby or schedule an online consultation with proper pictures
