Bitter guard for pre diabetic ?
My husband found out to be a pre diabetic. I am giving him bitter guard juice every day early morning. Is it okay to consume it everyday ? Or is it too much to consume everyday ? Pls advice :)

Pre diabetic can be cured by following diet ,changing lifestyle ,exercise and home remedies . Yes ,u can give bitter gaurd juice weekly 2-3 times . But along with follow above rules for best result.. So connect me through practo u will get good result definitely.

Hello dear, Yrs it is true that bitter gourd is using as to treat diabetic patients . But must be noticed that is that suitable to your husband or not. Means ...You should must do a regular checkup of blood glucose level before and after taking bitter hours juice

Yes you can use bitter guard juice to reduce blood sugar level but not more than 2 melon per day.
