First 15 days, child loses weight then to regain birth weight. So if it is 3.15 at 15 days of life.
Child gains around 30gm/day so in next 45 days it increases to 1400gm (exact 1350gm), so at 2 months it will be 4.5 kg and your child is having 4.7 kg. So very good.
Continue the same efforts.
