Dear client I would like to opine after a detailed information about your problems and the time of onset guard. However  keep trust in your treating psychiatrist. Some medicines have to be increased slower to look for adverse effects. Therapeutic action will be evaluated at least after 8 weeks.

Your medication doses are not perfect for Bipolar Disorder, discuss with your treating psychiatrist or take second opinion from another psychiatrist. All the best

The medicines require 4 to 8 weeks to start showing improvement dont worry and continue taking the meds. Also if after 6 weeks u feel that theres no improvement then doses should be increased.
