Bilirubin Total 1.40 and Bilirubin conjugated (Direct) 1.10. could you please tell whether it's normal ?? How to reduce it in natural way ? Any advice on ayurveda or homeopathy

It's high. Stop drinking alcohol. Drink plenty of water. Atleast 4 liters per day. High fiber diet. Bland diet. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits.
