Hello. you had Hepa A infection( as you write). Hepa A is transmitted by infected water or food. in more than 95 % of cases the Hepa A gets cured on its own and there is no need of any medication. Liver repairs on its own. you were diagnosed 1 month back and your S Bilirubin is almost normal.
Next Steps
I strongly advise you to avoid alcohal for 6 months. you can have normal food.avoid overly fried foods . lots of fruits and vegies are good. you should drink bottled water outside of your home and practice good food hygiene ie avoid eating from roadside vendors , cut fruits or foods sold in the open , the usual source of faeco oral infection. normal physical activity is fine. normal sexual activity with your partner is ok. Hepa A is not transmitted by vaginal sex. Get yourself vaccinated for Hepa B virus.
Health Tips
any hepato protective tonic is not useful for liver. liver has enormous regenarating capacity, so no need for tonic etc. its waste of money. avoid going to tantrics or jhad phoonk babas. Once again Hepa  A virus gets cured of infection by its own . any one saying to cure you is misleding . only in some 5 % of cases where it progresses to dangerous form one needs to go hospital immidiatly and in your case it has resolved.
