Please consult with a General Physician in your area. BP treatment needs to be monitored and titrated as per the effect of the medicines. No quick-fix solution.

Cilnidipine is a drug from a category called calcium channel blockers , it can cause increased pulse rate as a side effect and for maintaining the pulse rate in  a reasonable range , it is usually combined with a beta blocker  , specially in people with underlying heart conditions.  Also bisoprolol being a cardioselective beta blocker , does not side  effects like breathlessness even in asthmatic patients.  So you may continue both the drugs.
Health Tips
continue both the drugs do not discontinue either of them without consulting your treating physician

Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the side effects of bisoprolol. It is important to address these issues carefully, as beta blockers like bisoprolol can have significant effects on your health. Here are some key points to consider: 1. **Side Effects**: Sleep issues, insomnia, and respiratory problems are known side effects of beta blockers. It is crucial not to stop taking bisoprolol abruptly, as this can lead to rebound hypertension or other complications. 2. **Medication Adjustment**: Any changes to your medication regimen should be made under the supervision of a healthcare provider. There may be alternative medications or adjustments to your current dosage that can help mitigate these side effects. 3. **Blood Pressure Monitoring**: Your current blood pressure readings are within a reasonable range, but it is important to continue monitoring them regularly. I strongly recommend a consultation to discuss your symptoms and explore potential adjustments to your medication. For further consultation and to discuss your health in detail, you can reach me directly on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two**. Take care .
