I have bronchitis and what would be the best treatment and permanent solution for the same? I am getting infection frequently.

Lots of confusing words in your question.. bronchitis not common in 29 years age.. it can be asthma..
Infection and bronchitis are different..
Infection will have fever extra.. permanent solution is there.. you use inhalers lifelong like you use spectacles for your vision lifelong
Health Tips
rather spectacles you use continually during day while inhalers need to be taken one or two times
