When should we eat fruits (apple, pomegranate and papaya) to get maximum benefit ? Is it before lunch or after lunch ? What should b the time difference to have fruits and lunch time?

Fruits are not advisable to take one hour pre or post meal. Better to have a single variety of fruit at a time and don’t mix many varieties for a better digestion and Absorption. Avoid taking fruits in the evening after 5:00pm. Including different varieties each day helps in gaining unique range of nutrients.
If you are a lover of fruits, best time is early morning (empty stomach) as your first meal to break your fast. When you wake up and your body is craving for a meal, it is a good idea to feed your body with fruits, which would be able to provide energy to your body instantly. Majority of Fruits are sources of sugar (fruit sugar) and helpful to feed your cells imidiately for energy. Don't eat excess of calorie rich fruits as it may increase Triglyceride level.

First meal to break your fast. You can have anytime before your meal except brunch and lunch as from evening onwards your body's metabolism get down and if you are eating calorie dence fruit, it may lead to obesity. Balance amount of Fruits are good!, Try to pick high Fiber-low calorie fruits.

First meal of the day should be fruit. Don't eat excess of fruits. Try to pick low calorie, high fiber fruits. Eat moderate amount of Banana, Grapes, Mango etc. Avoid Fruit juices.
The best time to eat fruits is 2 hours post breakfast i. e somewhere around 12 in the noon and in the evening at around 6 pm to get most benefit out of it.

Fruits are always to be taken empty stomach... So, you can either take them empty stomach or as a mid morning snack... Advised to avoid post 5pm... And do not mix fruits with food for better absorption.
